Kim Phelps, APN

Kim Phelps, APN

Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Kim Phelps is an Adult Nurse Practitioner at STLMISC who partners closely with Dr. Kurt Eichholz. She originally attended the University of Missouri in St. Louis and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Kim then pursued her interest in nursing, graduating with honors, from the Barnes College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

She spent nearly 10 years working in an adult intensive care unit as a nurse, and then as a nursing supervisor. She then spent 2 years working on a med-evac helicopter, and during that time she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University. Kim is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and licensed in Missouri. She is involved in the entire continuum of care of Dr. Eichholz’s patients.
Kim lives with her husband Matt, children Haley and Chase, and dog Bella. She enjoys gardening, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

Mike Utnage, RN

Registered Nurse
Mike is a US Navy veteran who has over 15 years' experience working in orthopaedic surgery. He has been Dr. Morgan’s clinical nurse since his arrival to St. Louis in 2016. Mike's goal is to ensure patients are as prepared as possible for surgery and to be a resource they can come to with any questions or concerns both before and after surgery. When he is not working, Mike is focused on his wife Jessica and children Pennie and Isaac. He enjoys vacationing with family, running, and spending time outdoors.
Lizz Swoboda

Lizz Swoboda

Office Manager
Before Lizz joined the STLMISC family in 2013, she worked at a family healthcare in Washington MO and obtained her Medical Assistant Certificate. Here at STLMISC she is in charge of patient accounts, surgery scheduling for Dr. Eichholz, and coordinating staff and office activities on a day to day basis. Outside work, Lizz enjoys spending time with her daughter, cooking, and going to local events around Washington and St. Louis.
Katie Prinster, RTR

Katie Prinster, RTR

ASRT Certified
Katie joined the STLMISC team December of 2020, and performs MRI and X-ray studies. Katie has been a technologist for 15 years and is experienced in diagnostic imaging, fluoroscopic radiology, along with running the C-arm in the operating room. “Dealing with patients is the easy part of my job. I will always do my best to make them laugh and feel comfortable with their exam.” Katie is a mother of two young children. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring outdoors with her kids. She also likes baking, cooking, and playing/listening to music.
Diana Rosa

Diana Rosa

Medical Assistant
Diana, a St. Louis native, joined the STLMISC family in February 2021. She previously worked at Total Access Urgent Care as a CMT and was also a scribe in the Emergency Department for 3 years. Diana thoroughly enjoys working with patients and making a difference in patient's lives wherever she can. She grew up in Affton, MO and attended Affton High School. Diana dual majored at Missouri Baptist University, graduating in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and hanging out with her Siberian Husky, Labrador Retriever, and four cats. One day, Diana has dreams of attending medical school and becoming an attending Emergency Medicine physician.
Madison Cannon

Madison Cannon

Patient Services Representative
Madison joined STLMISC in May of 2020 after moving to the St. Louis area from Cape Girardeau. Given that Madison enjoys meeting new people and creating relationships with patients, she has assumed the role of front desk receptionist. As much as she loves people, Madison also loves her two cats, Luna and Vivian. Madison is currently enrolled in online courses to finish her degree in Zoology. After completion of her degree, she hopes to work with large animals at an animal sanctuary.
