Kim Phelps, APN
Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Kim Phelps is an Adult Nurse Practitioner at STLMISC who partners closely with Dr. Kurt Eichholz. She originally attended the University of Missouri in St. Louis and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Kim then pursued her interest in nursing, graduating with honors, from the Barnes College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Lizz Swoboda
Office Manager
Before Lizz joined the STLMISC family in 2013, she worked at a family healthcare in Washington MO and obtained her Medical Assistant Certificate. Here at STLMISC she is in charge of patient accounts, surgery scheduling for Dr. Eichholz, and coordinating staff and office activities on a day to day basis. Outside work, Lizz enjoys spending time with her daughter, cooking, and going to local events around Washington and St. Louis.

Katie Prinster, RTR
ASRT Certified
Katie joined the STLMISC team December of 2020, and performs MRI and X-ray studies. Katie has been a technologist for 15 years and is experienced in diagnostic imaging, fluoroscopic radiology, along with running the C-arm in the operating room. “Dealing with patients is the easy part of my job. I will always do my best to make them laugh and feel comfortable with their exam.” Katie is a mother of two young children. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring outdoors with her kids. She also likes baking, cooking, and playing/listening to music.

Megan Monda
Medical Assistant
Megan has been with the STLMISC family since 2018. She obtained her Medical Assistant degree in 2012. Megan has many roles in our clinic. Her primary role is as our surgical coordinator for all three of our providers. When needed she also assists our medical team with rooming patients and taking x-rays. She has a passion for ensuring the surgical scheduling process is easy for our patients by answering questions and coordinating care between our clinic the hospitals, and the surgical center. She ensures that the process is seamless and successful. Outside of our office Megan is a Mom to three cats. She also enjoys spending time with her family and baking.

Madison Cannon
Patient Services Representative
Madison joined STLMISC in May of 2020 after moving to the St. Louis area from Cape Girardeau. Given that Madison enjoys meeting new people and creating relationships with patients, she has assumed the role of front desk receptionist. As much as she loves people, Madison also loves her two cats, Luna and Vivian. Madison is currently enrolled in online courses to finish her degree in Zoology. After completion of her degree, she hopes to work with large animals at an animal sanctuary.
